Terms of service

• “Print My Pet Art” (we, us, our) — Avkan LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company operating the service at https://printmypetart.com.
• Digital file — the AI-generated portrait delivered electronically, without a watermark.
• Printed products — physical goods made to order with your artwork and shipped to an address you provide.
• You — the person using the site or placing an order.
• Order — a request to buy a digital file, printed products, or both.

By accessing or using Print My Pet Art, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

Print My Pet Art turns your pet photo into custom artwork. You can preview a watermarked version free of charge, then choose to buy the digital file, printed products, or both. Printed products are made to order by our printing partner and shipped to a US address you provide.

You may generate two free watermarked previews. Previews are low-resolution and marked with our name. They are intended to help you choose a style before paying and are not for commercial use.

When you place an order, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an order number.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store your card details.

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Prices include sales tax where required and free US shipping on printed products. Prices are subject to change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Promotional or discount codes cannot be combined unless we state otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid.

When you buy the digital file, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use it for personal and commercial purposes — download it, print it, display it, post it online, and use it in your business or on products you sell.

You may not resell or redistribute the digital file itself, or claim to be the original creator of the artwork.

After purchase, you may regenerate your digital file up to two times within 24 hours of ordering. After that window closes, the file is final and regeneration is no longer available.

Printed products are made to order by our printing partner and ship to addresses in the United States. Production begins after payment is confirmed. Once an order has entered production it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best.

The artwork is locked in once your order is placed. Printed orders cannot be regenerated or changed after that point, so please review your design carefully before approving it.

The Print My Pet Art name, logo, site design, and marketing materials remain our property. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Your photos: you keep ownership of any photo you upload. By uploading, you give us a limited licence to process it so we can generate your previews and print your order. We do not sell or share your photos with third parties except our processors, as described in our privacy policy.

Your artwork: after you pay, the finished artwork is yours to use as described in the licence above — including commercially.

Your artwork is created using AI image generation. Results can vary from the preview and from your original photo. We aim to match your pet as closely as the technology allows, but we cannot guarantee an exact likeness. The free previews exist so you can decide before you pay.

Printed products are made to order and shipped within the United States. Estimated delivery is about 5–14 days, made up of print production and shipping time. Full details are in our Shipping & delivery policy.

Digital files are final once delivered and are not refundable. If a printed product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace it. See our Returns & refunds policy for the full terms.

• Provide accurate order and shipping information.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use.
• Use the site for lawful purposes only.
• You are responsible for any costs caused by an incorrect shipping address.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload photos you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or otherwise misuse the site or its services.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the site.
• Resell or commercially exploit the service itself.

We may suspend or restrict access for accounts that breach this section.

We aim to keep Print My Pet Art available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print My Pet Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Print My Pet Art harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

If you have a concern or dispute about the service, please contact us first at hello@printmypetart.com and we will try to resolve it informally.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
